The Center for Multiple Intelligence is not a school, not a coaching centre, and not a sports academy. It is all of these and more. Founded in Tamluk, West Bengal, CMI is a community-driven initiative that develops every dimension of a student’s potential: linguistic, logical, spatial, physical, musical, interpersonal, and naturalist intelligence. We believe no child is ordinary, and our mission is to prove it, one student at a time.

CMI offers a carefully designed range of programs that span sport, art, technology, and strategic thinking. Each program is led by experienced mentors, grounded in practical learning, and built to bring out the best in every student regardless of age or background.
1. Sports Shooting
Train in 0.177 calibre air pistol shooting at our high-standard indoor 10-metre range under internationally experienced coaches including alumni of the Jaspal Rana Shooting Academy.
2. Karate / Martial Arts
Build strength, discipline, and self-defence under certified instructors led by Rashbehari Paul, 5th Dan Black Belt (Japan) and General Secretary of PMDSA.
3. Chess
Master strategy, pattern recognition, and competitive thinking under Aman Yadav, national and international gold medallist, and Shankha Deep Maity, national and international level player and coach.
4. Photography & Visual Arts
Learn camera craft, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling from distinguished photographers including Nikon Brand Celebrity Photographer Somenath Roy and artist Subhendu Mishra.
5. Dance (Indian Classical & Contemporary)
Train in classical and contemporary Indian dance forms under Maitri Sengupta (Indian Classical Dancer) and Dr. Devaldidev Jana, Associate Professor, classical dancer, and choreographer.
6. Drama & Theatre
Explore experimental and socially conscious theatre with Rangan Theatre, Tamluk's renowned group known for open-air eco-sensitive productions and the annual Rangan Parbon festival.
7. Music (Vocal & Instrumental)
Develop rhythm, melody, composition, and sound appreciation under the creative direction of Gouranga Kuila, an artist, singer, and lyricist by passion.
8. Painting & Sculpture
Learn fine arts from Governor Award-winning contemporary artist Chandan Baitalik and explore creative expression through traditional and modern visual art techniques.
9. Coding & AI Tools
Build real-world projects in programming, app development, and artificial intelligence tools under technology professionals and software developers from our expert faculty network.
10. Robotics, Drones & IoT
Get hands-on with electronics, drone technology, robotics, and Internet of Things under Jewel Goswami (M.Sc Electronics), through our ATL-style innovation lab.
11. Science & STEM
Go beyond textbooks with practical experiments, engineering challenges, and collaborative STEM projects guided by faculty with backgrounds from IIT Kharagpur and NID Ahmedabad.
